House. Late C17 and C20. Timber-framed and rendered (C20) with large moulded motifs. Roof C20 peg tiles. Rectangular plan. 4 window range, all windows C20 wooden diamond latticed casements. Stack off-centre to E, grey red brick, 2 attached shafts, minor stack to W against gable enclosed by C20 lean-to addition. Door off-centre to W, boarded, in simple gabled porch. INTERIOR: 3 rooms all with deep sectioned ceiling joists with diminished haunched tenons and pendant soffits. Principal stack has 2 back-to-back fireplaces both with timber lintels (considerably rebuilt). First floor, primary bracing of wall framing, bladed scarf in wall plate and mullioned window in E gable with 3 mullions still extant but no shutter groove. Evidence of original position of front door not clear but probably lobby entrance. Rear similar to front, rendered with 4 window range. C19 bake oven projects from E end gable roofed with a small stack.
