Description

Wash Farm Cottages is a house from the 16th century that has been divided into two cottages. It features a timber frame that is plastered and a roof made of handmade red clay tiles. The building is aligned northeast to southwest and has a northwest aspect, with two axial chimney stacks. It stands two storeys high and has two six-panel doors along with four 20th-century casement windows on each storey, which are arranged asymmetrically. The roof is hipped, and the northeast chimney stack has four grouped octagonal shafts, while the other chimney stack is plain.
