Description

White House Farmhouse is a 17th-century house, altered in the 20th century. It is timber-framed, with plastered walls and a roof of handmade red clay tiles. The house comprises a three-bay range facing southeast, with a central stack, and a rear range extending from the left bay, with an axial stack and a single-storey extension beyond. A 20th-century porch is located on the left wall of the rear range. The house has two storeys and a two-window range of 20th-century casement windows. A 20th-century glazed door is present. Two panels of high-relief pargeting, featuring a foliate design, remain on the front elevation, alongside grouped diagonal shafts with a blank recessed panel.
