Description

This is a pair of attached cottages located at the west corner of Gambles Green, dating from the early 19th century. They are timber framed, primarily covered with weatherboarding and some plaster, and feature a roof made of machine-made red clay tiles. The cottages have a single-span range facing southeast, with an external stack at each gable end. There are rear lean-to extensions that are roofed with corrugated asbestos. The buildings are one storey high with attics and include four late 19th century to early 20th century casement windows, along with one 20th century casement window in a gabled dormer. There are also two 20th century doors.
