Description

White Hall is an early 19th-century house situated on Shalford Green. Constructed with a timber frame, it is finished with plaster and has a slate roof. The house has a double pile plan, oriented north-west, with two internal stacks arranged symmetrically. It is two storeys high and has a two-window front. The original windows are sash windows: two have 16 lights each, and one above the door has 12 lights, all with crown glass. The central entrance has a six-panel door with glazed upper panels, approached by four stone steps leading to a portico supported by two wooden columns. The roof is hipped.
