Description

No 212 on Church Lane is a small timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 16th to 17th century. It features exposed timber-framing and has a jettied upper storey on the north-east front. The house displays diagonal bracing and is likely a surviving wing of a larger structure. The north-west front includes an original doorway with a three-centred arched head. The windows are casements with leaded lattice lights, and there are four-light mullioned and transomed windows on the east front. The roof is tiled and has 19th-century diagonal shafted chimney stacks.
