Description
The Five Bell Inn is an early 18th century timber-framed and weatherboarded building, which has a later addition on the east end and a single-storey addition at the west end that was formerly a forge. The front of the building features 19th century alterations and additions. It stands at two storeys high and has casement windows, with the ground storey displaying a canted bay. The main block has a tiled roof with two gabled dormers, while the forge has a pantiled roof.
