Description

This is a water pump, built in the late 19th century to early 20th century. It is made of cast iron and has a wooden casing. This pump is one of two that were erected in Foxton by Canon Selwyn in 1872. The other pump, located at Mortimers Lane, is likely the original. This pump is included for its group value.
