Description

Sombourne Cottage is an 18th-century cottage that has undergone late 19th-century and 20th-century additions and alterations. It features a timber frame with roughcast rendering and painted brick. The cottage has a red brick gable end stack and roofs that are thatched and covered with asbestos slates. It is one storey with an attic. The original section facing the street includes a four-panelled door located to the right of centre, a 20th-century casement window, and an eyebrow dormer window with casements.
