Description

Dove Cott is a small house that was originally a dovecote, likely built in the late 17th century or early 18th century. It was converted into a dwelling in the 19th century and underwent renovations in the 20th century. The building is timber framed and has roughcast render on its exterior. It features a plain tiled hipped roof with gablets, along with red brick 19th-century side stacks and a brick plinth. The house has two storeys and a square plan, with outshuts extending to the north-west and south-west. The entrance is located on the right side and has a 20th-century door, while there are two 20th-century casement windows on both the ground and first floors.
