Description
This is a house, originally two separate dwellings, dating to the early 17th century with alterations around 1700, followed by 19th-century alterations, 20th-century renovations, and a later projecting addition. The construction is timber-framed and brick, with plaster rendering (previously cased in gault brick). It has plain tiled roofs and a rebuilt ridge stack. The building originally comprised two rooms, later extended with a lower projecting range in the 20th century. Some timber framing is visible on the first floor, with modern windows inserted within this framework. There are four ground-floor and three first-floor windows, all of varying sizes and inserted in the 20th century. The entrance features double-glazed doors sheltered by a tiled pent roof supported on brackets. The building was renovated around 1982.
