Description

This is an 18th-century house with a 19th-century rear extension. The house has a timber frame and is rendered (covered with a smooth finish), with a tiled roof. Two 19th-century stacks made of gault brick are located at the ends of the building. A ridge stack has been removed. The layout is in the shape of a ‘T’, and the house was altered during the extension. It is two storeys high. The original windows have been replaced with modern casements on the first floor. Two similar windows are located on the ground floor either side of the front door. A rear wing adjoins the kitchen wing. Inside, a main beam is present, with hollow moulding and a quirk.
