House, formerly divided into two dwellings. Mid-late C18 with mid C17 wing and C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed and plastered with C19 brick and painted brick casing to earlier timber-frame. Modern plain tile roofs hipped to front elevation. Red brick ridge stack to left of centre and two rear stacks. Two storeys; surviving two units and central stack of C17 range incorporated in C18 L-plan addition. Modillioned eaves cornice (removed from C19 cased bay to left hand), with cast iron gutter ornamented with lead leopard heads. Cemented plinth. Main entrance to right hand approached by stone steps, C18 six-panelled door with round headed fanlight in round arched wooden doorcase with attached columns and dentil enriched frieze and cornice. Two flanking, canted two storey bay windows with late C19 hung sashes without glazing bars, one similar ground floor hung sash window blocking a former doorway and two first floor hung sash windows. Interior details include a C18 moulded cornice, door and door frame, C17 stop-chamfered ceiling beam; C19 staircase.
