Description

The Little House is a cottage dating from the late 17th century or 18th century, featuring a 20th-century lean-to kitchen. The building has a rendered timber frame and a thatched roof made of long straw, with a grey gault brick stack at one end. It has a two-room layout and includes two horizontal sliding sash windows, one of which is located next to the entrance that has a boarded door from the 19th century. Inside, there is an 18th-century mantelpiece above an inglenook fireplace, which is now sealed.
