Description

No. 17 on Elton Road is a house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features a Collyweston stone slated mansard roof with a rear outshut roof. The building has two storeys with attics and presents a symmetrical facade. The entrance includes a flat canopy over a glazed panelled door, which is flanked by two canted bay windows that have casements and hipped roofs. On the first floor, there are two sliding sash windows with wooden lintels, and two sliding sash dormer windows.
