Description

Elm Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse that has undergone alterations in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of painted brick, featuring rusticated quoins and window arches. The roof is covered with Welsh slate and has parapet gables and end stacks. The building is two storeys high and consists of four bays, with a service range located at the rear. On the ground floor, there are four recessed twelve-paned hung sash windows, and there are four windows on the first floor. The interior has been altered.
