Description

This small house, located approximately 300 metres north of the Swan Public House, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of chequered red brick and features a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and a symmetrical facade with three bays, including gable end stacks. The doorway is topped with a segmental brick arch and has a blind panel above it. There are two casement windows on the ground floor and two on the first floor, all set within segmental brick arches.
