Description

This is an early 19th century cottage located in Bridge End, Earith. The cottage is constructed of clay lump, with some brickwork that has been rendered. It has pantile roofing and a chimney stack on the left-hand side. The building is two storeys high, with a one-storey outhouse to the left and a rear outshut containing a brick stack. There are two horizontal sliding sash windows on the first floor, featuring glazing bars. Below, two larger but similarly styled windows are positioned beside the front door, which is located towards the centre of the building.
