Description

No. 95 on High Street is a mid-19th century house constructed from gault brick, featuring a plain tiled roof with a low pitch. The building has two storeys and a basement. On the first floor, there are two hung sash windows with glazing bars, set beneath segmental headed arches. A similar window is located on the ground floor. Access to the house is via five steps, which are flanked by original wrought iron railings leading up to the doorway. The doorcase is reeded and has square boss enrichments at the corners. The door itself consists of two panels and two glazed lights, topped by a rectangular fanlight. In the basement, there is another hung sash window and a 19th-century panelled door.
