Description

The gate piers to Stirtloe House are mid-19th century structures made of cast iron. They feature fluted columns and free Corinthian capitals, with deep square abaci topped by urns that have flaming torches. The cast iron gates are adorned with saltire cross finials at both the top and middle rail.
