The building is a 19th-century outhouse located to the north of number 14 on High Street in Hemingford Abbots. It is primarily constructed of yellow brick and features a plain tile roof. Inside, there is a coal oven that is inscribed with "Improved coal oven No 127, Grundy and Co, Northampton."
