Description

22 North Brink is a house built in the same style as a pair of Jacobean-Gothic revival houses by Algenon Peckover between 1854 and 1860. It is constructed from yellow gault brick with limestone dressings and features a tiled roof with patterned ridge tiles. The building has two storeys and a crenellated parapet, with a stack located on the right side. To the left, there is an oak door framed by a square-headed arch with a drip mould. The ground floor includes a two-storey canted bay window, which has five casement lights with transoms and leaded lights.
