Houses c.1780. Local brick, mainly red, Flemish bond with rebuilt parapet. Roof of asbestos tiles. Tumbled end parapets and end stacks. T-plan. Two storeys and attics with band at eaves height and between storeys. Gauged, red brick arches to range of five flush frame hung sashes with glazing bars and open boxing. Central doorway with flat hood on enriched scroll brackets. Panelled door with rectangular fanlight with Gothick glazing bars. Interior. Original open-string staircase of four flights, three turned balusters to each tread with a swept and moulded rail. One ground floor room is lined with original panelling in two heights and has a marble fireplace of c.1830. Similar panelling to one bedroom, with shouldered surround to overmantle.
