Description

County Hall, dated 1913 and designed by H H Dunn, is an ashlar-faced building featuring seven bays, with the first and last bays set forward and rusticated. It has three storeys and a basement. The ground floor is rusticated and includes arched windows in each bay. Ionic half-columns are present through the first and second storeys, supporting sash windows with glazing bars and architrave surrounds. The building is topped with a cornice and a balustraded parapet, while the roof is not visible.
