Description

The boundary wall of Emmanuel College, facing Emmanuel Street and Drummer Street, dates from around 1800 and is constructed of grey gault brick. The section facing Drummer Street is made of this brick, while the part facing Emmanuel Street likely has medieval origins and is made of stone. However, it has been refaced in the 18th century and later with buff and grey gault brick.
