Description

23 St Andrew's Street is an 18th-century building that stands four storeys tall and is constructed of red brick. It features a parapet and bands between the storeys. The building has two windows with segmental heads, and the windows on the first floor do not have glazing bars. There is a modern shop front at the ground level. The tiled roof is not visible.
