Description

Perse Almshouses, located on Newnham Road, were built in 1861. They are constructed of red brick with stone dressings and are a single storey in height. The building features pointed Gothic 3-light windows with stone mullions. The panelled doors have drip moulds above them, adorned with carved heads at either end. The roof is made of slate and includes triangular vents, with chimneys that are set diagonally, some of which are double and others single.
