Description

No 4 Market Hill is a building that likely originated in the 16th century, with its front remodeled in the mid-18th century. It stands three storeys tall with attics and is constructed of brick, topped with a tiled roof. The building features a modillioned cornice and a low wooden parapet above. There are four windows with flush frames, which contain later sashes that do not have glazing bars. The building also has two gabled dormers and a modern shop front. Inside, one room is adorned with 17th-century panelling, while another room features a 17th-century ceiling.
