Lower Dunton Hall is an 18th century house constructed of red brick, featuring a red plain tile gambrel roof. The building has two storeys and attics, with a three-window range that includes double hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars and stucco gauged arches. It is complemented by red brick end chimney stacks and two hipped dormers. Additionally, there is a 19th century red brick gabled porch topped with a red plain tile roof.
