Description
The Ship Public House is a late 18th century building constructed from rendered brick, topped with a red plain tile roof. It stands two storeys high, with attics, and features a four-window range of double hung vertical sliding sashes that include glazing bars. The ground floor has three segmental heads, and there is an early 19th century double hung vertical sliding sash window with glazing bars on the east side at ground level. The building includes four hipped dormers and has a rectangular plan with grey stock end chimney stacks. At the center rear, there is an early 19th century grey stock brick gabled extension, along with a modern lean-to extension at the back.
