Description

The Post Office and Number 125 is an 18th-century building located on the north side of Church Street in Werrington. It is a single storey structure with attics, constructed of painted rubble and topped with thatch. The building features one dormer at the eaves and has a plain door. The Post Office section is taller and also dates from the early 18th century, with similar thatch and a dormer at the eaves. It has stone gable ends, painted rubble walls, one modern window on the ground floor, and a built-out rectangular shop front. The left side has been altered with modern brickwork.
