Description

Hollyburn House is an 18th-century stone cottage located on the south side of West Street in Helpston. It features a steeply pitched Collyweston stone roof with gabled ends and has one storey plus an attic. The cottage includes three hipped roof dormers that have eaves cornices. On the ground floor, there are two 2-light casement windows with glazing bars and shutters, along with a central glazed door. At each end of the building, there are red brick chimney stacks. A tablet on the front wall reads "J.U. 1779," accompanied by a fire insurance plaque below it.
