Description

Nos 3 and 4 on Stamford Road are 18th century cottages that have been converted into a single house. The building features coursed stone construction and a thatched roof with gabled ends. It is one storey high with an attic and has a five-window range, including four eyebrow dormers. The ground floor has modern casement windows with keystones. There is a modern artificial stone gable porch located off centre. Brick chimney stacks are found at each end of the building. Additionally, there is a modern one-storey wing at the east end, which is made of stone and has a concrete tile roof.
