Description
This is an 18th-century cottage located on Church Street in Northborough. The building is constructed of coursed stone and features a thatched roof with gabled ends. It is a single storey with an attic, and has two windows on the front elevation. The windows are 19th-century casements, and there is an attic dormer at eaves level. A panelled door is located on the left-hand side, protected by a thatched porch. A wing extends to the west, also dating to the 18th century, with plastered walls and a thatched roof featuring a hipped end. This wing also has one storey and an attic, and contains two windows, which are modern casements. It also incorporates an attic dormer at eaves level.
