Description

Bleach Cottage is a 17th to 18th century cottage constructed from coursed stone rubble and topped with a thatched roof featuring coped gable ends. The building has an L-shaped plan, with a gabled wing projecting on the southwest side. It stands two storeys high and has a range of four windows. The windows include modern casements and two canted bay windows on the ground floor. The wing features 19th century three-light casements and a modern boarded door. There are brick chimney stacks at both the end and the ridge of the roof.
