Description
10 Queen Street is an 18th-century brick building with a slate roof, featuring two storeys and attics. It has three hipped dormers with casement windows and a four-panel parapet adorned with four stone urns. The building includes a moulded cornice and five double-hung sash windows with keystones, where the first-floor windows have glazing bars and modillion cornices at the cills. A central Venetian window, supported by four consoles and flanked by four pilasters, adds to its architectural interest. The ground floor windows do not have glazing bars, and there are recessed panels beneath all the windows. A plinth with an inset foot scraper is present, along with a pedimented doorway featuring double doors. Numbers 4 to 10 Queen Street form a group.
