Description

Number 1 Welland Road is a 17th-century building located in Dogsthorpe. It is constructed of brick and has a rendered side, topped with a thatched roof. The building is one storey high with attics and features two dormers at the eaves, which contain leaded casements. The entrance is a four-panel door with a plain wooden hood above it. There are also two windows with flat arches, each fitted with three-light leaded casements. Number 1 and the Blue Bell Inn together form a group of buildings of architectural interest.
