Description

93 Welland Road is an 18th-century building located in Dogsthorpe. It features painted rubble construction and a thatched roof. The building has a gable facing the road and consists of one storey with attics. There are two dormers at the eaves, both with casement windows. The front has two segmental arched windows, also with casements, and a segmental arched door set within a gabled wooden porch. Additionally, there is a modern one-storey brick extension added to the front of the building.
