Description
This is an 18th-century stone cottage located on Splash Lane. It is constructed of coursed stone with a steeply pitched roof of Collyweston stone, featuring a gabled end and a gabled front on the left side. The front elevation has two ground-floor windows and one first-floor window set within a gable. The windows are casements and fixed-lights with glazing bars. A boarded door is located on the north-east end, and a small, modern brick extension is present on the north-west corner. Brick end stacks are also visible.
