Description

Briars Farmhouse is a small 18th-century house located on Main Street in Southorpe. It is constructed of coursed stone and features a steeply pitched new tile roof with coped gable ends. The house has internal end stacks, which have been rebuilt in brick. It is one storey with an attic and has a two-window range. The windows are modern casements set in segmental headed openings. Additionally, there are two modern gabled dormers. At the rear, there is a contemporary long stone wing with a gable end.
