Description

The Wooden House is a weatherboarded house dating from around 1800. It has a nearly square plan and stands two storeys high, topped with a pyramidal hipped tile roof that features a single brick chimney stack. Three sides of the house have one window on each floor, while the fourth side has two windows. The entrance is marked by a trellis porch with a concave metal hood designed in a contemporary 'rustic-oriental' style.
