The Clock House, dating from the 18th century, is a two-storey building constructed of red brick with a hipped Welsh slate roof. The façade features five first-floor casement windows with glazing bars and four ground-floor sash windows with glazing bars, all set beneath segmental-headed panels. The central doorway is framed by a surround of Roman Doric pilasters and a cornice. At the top of the building, there is a central clock tower topped with a cupola that has a lead roof.
