Description

Millow Bury is a house that was formerly divided into cottages. It dates from the 17th century or earlier and was reworked in the 19th century. The building features mottled brick, which likely encases an earlier timber structure. It has a tile roof from the 20th century and is designed in an L-shape with two storeys, while the northern end has a hipped roof. The road-facing elevation has a single-storey lean-to. There is a variety of two and three-light casement windows, most of which have glazing bars. Both wings have substantial ridge stacks that were rebuilt in 19th-century brick and feature diagonally set shafts.
