Description

Number 4 Market Square is an 18th-century building constructed with a local bond of vitreous headers and red brick dressings. It features a steeply pitched gabled roof covered with Welsh slate. The building stands three storeys tall and has brick cornice mouldings along with a parapet that has stone coping. The façade includes three flush sash windows set in moulded frames. On the ground floor, there is a wide passageway on the right side and a shop bay window designed in the Georgian style. This building is part of a group with Nos 2 to 6 (even) and No 50 High Street.
