Description

30 The Lane is a building that likely dates back to the 16th century, although it has undergone many alterations and extensions since then. The structure has two storeys, featuring a red brick ground floor and a timber-framed first floor with plaster infill. It is topped with a thatched roof and has a gable end facing the road. The building is arranged in a basic L shape, with a projecting gable at the east end of the south face that has an oversailing first floor. All the windows are modern casements.
