This is an 18th century or earlier building that has been re-faced with brown roughcast render. It has a half-hipped tiled roof. The building has casement windows and comprises two storeys and an attic within the gable end. There are two windows visible. Number 1 forms a group with numbers 21 to 37 (odd) Woburn Street.
