Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1600. It features a red brick casing over a timber frame, with render on the south elevation, and has a clay tile roof. The building is arranged in a T-plan, possibly with a cross-passage, and consists of one storey with attics. There are double ridge stacks at the center of each wing.
The main block includes one three-light casement window and one sash window with glazing bars, both topped with flat arches. The entrance has a fielded panel door set in a moulded architrave, complete with a flat hood. There are two hipped dormers that contain 20th-century three-light casements. The projecting gable features a sash window with glazing bars under a cambered head on the ground floor, and a 20th-century three-light casement on the first floor. The main wing is adorned with a dentil cornice and bargeboards on the gable.
