Description
Hill Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1600. It features colour washed rough cast over a timber frame and has an old clay tile roof. The building is designed in a T-plan and consists of two storeys and attics.
On the east elevation, there are three 2-light casements with glazing bars on each floor of the main block, along with one box dormer. The cross-wing has one single-light casement on the ground floor and one 2-light casement on the first floor, both with glazing bars. The main block has a colour washed double ridge stack, while the cross-wing has an external colour washed stack.
The north elevation includes a six-fielded panel door set in a moulded surround with a flat bracketed wood. Additionally, the cross-wing features a single-storey colour washed brick extension to the west.
