Description

Nos. 14 and 16 Silver Street is a late 17th century house located in Stevington. No. 14 features coursed limestone rubble with a colourwashed plaster facade and a thatched roof. It is two storeys high and has two 3-light casement windows on each floor, along with a central doorway. No. 16 is also constructed of coursed rubble, but its front is made of colourwashed brick. This part has a corrugated iron roof and is one storey with attics, featuring a right-hand dormer window and two ground floor casements with glazing bars, as well as a left-hand doorway. There is a flat-roofed garage attached to the left-hand side.
