Numbers 16, 17 and the coach house attached to Number 16, known as Brookdale Nursing Home, date from the early to mid-19th century. The building is two storeys tall and constructed of stucco, featuring a hipped slate roof with wide eaves and four round-headed dormers. Each of the two properties has five windows above four, with glazing bars. The doorways are adorned with grooved attached columns, a pediment, a triglyph frieze, and a semi-circular fanlight, with three steps leading up to the doors. Window shutters are also present.
